Products

SimJET will offer an expanding product range including aircraft types to add value to airline training programs.

The first product in the SimJET range is a type-specific B737-800.  All controls, panels, knobs and switches of the aircraft cockpit are replicated in size, placement and functionality.

All aircraft systems are simulated accurately to ensure maximum transfer of learning to subsequent training in a level “D” simulator or 737-800 aircraft.

SimJET is preparing for Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority certification to the standards of FAA level 4 / JAR FNPT

Maximise Type rating training whilst minimising cost

Through the accuracy and high fidelity of the SimJET FTD, these devices provide maximum transfer of learning in MCC, CRM and LOFT training and in initial type rating programs.

Maximise recurrent training programs and crew utilisation whilst reducing training and crew costs

By placing a SimJET FTD at pilot bases, an airline can expect to increase crew utilization by reducing time away from base.

A SimJET FTD can significantly reduce recurrent training costs by substituting for a traditional Level D simulator for the LOFT component (up to 50% of RTP).
